Coordination Services

As a bride, your wedding day will be the most important day of your life. But how can you enjoy your day if you have to worry about delays and other possible mishaps that could happen? With our coordination services, you can sit back, relax and avoid the stress of last minute problems.

Coordinating Conditions

  • Applicable only for 200 guests and below. There is an additional fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000) for every 100 persons in excess.
  • Applicable within Metro Cebu only. There would be an additional charge for out-of-town event. Final package fee is to be determined after considering all factors.
  • Food and beverage is excluded from the package fee. Client shall provide the meals for our team on the day itself (4-6 people crew &staff).
  • Coordination maximum of 8 hours.
  • Applicable only for 200 guests and below. There is an additional fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000) for every 100 persons in excess or more than 200 guest..
  • The client is to provide venue for rehearsal and party and electricity.
  • The client to provide Wash -up room for coordinators.
  • Should there be a postponement or cancellation of the event due to any circumstances, Great Expectation reserves the right to retain 50% reservation fee for the coordination and conceptualization services, Payment for the materials supplies shall be refunded after the deduction of actual expenditures of procurement or production.

All Event coordinators will be in uniform, with IDs and radios. They will be at the preparation site at least 5hours before the actual event time.

Payment scheme:

  • 50% upon contract signing (this is non-refundable). 50% one week before the event.

On The Day Coordination

This package is ideal for couple and debutant who does majority of the planning but wants to relax and turn over the coordination/execution to someone else so she can be free to enjoy her special day.

This is for the debutant or couple who has already booked at least 50% of the suppliers/vendors and doesn't have enough time to complete planning for her debut / wedding day. We can take over for you.
